As well as our organic products (gluten and lactose free) we offer a selection of the best products from the Costa degli Etruschi.
We pay particular attention to seeking out products for people with intolerances and allergies.

Our jams are made with lots of fruit but very little added sugar for a good breakfast or snack or to go with cheese.
The cheeses from the Podere Paterno di Monterotondo farm are made with sheep’s milk from the semi-free range flocks raised a few kilometres from us.
The honey is produced from the bees that live in the uncontaminated woods of Montioni.
The pasta from ancient wheat with very low gluten content comes from Suvereto.
The locally-sourced organic sauces and jarred vegetables come from the nearby Castagneto Carducci.
All round l’Agave there are lots of herbs, mint, rosemary, and chillis for you to pick …
We have chosen wine producers from Costa degli Etruschi – one in Bolgheri, one in San Vincenzo and the third in Suvereto – but we didn’t manage to give up the fizz…
- The Podere Guado al Melo farm in Bolgheri because the owner, Prof. Attilio Scienza, is one of the greatest wine-growing experts in Italy and the wines he produces with his son Michele are the result of enormous professionalism together with a love for this marvellous land.
- The Podere San Michele farm in San Vincenzo, because the attention Tiziana puts into caring for the vines and and into wine-making gives us a great Syrah and an excellent Sangiovese
- Petra a Suvereto, because it’s from a single cellar, designed by the architect Mario Botta, in a unique place that couldn’t but produce unique wines.
